Credits are non-transferable between patients and are non-refundable.
You may always purchase extra credits for additional services needed when stacking treatments at your membership rate.
Each credit must be used within three or six months of issuance to ensure optimal results and progress depending on the membership (Eternal Radiance Membership not included).
All memberships require a 12 month commitment, after which they continue on a month-to-month basis with a 30-day written notice to cancel required. A $250 cancellation fee is applicable if within the first 12 months of membership.
