Our Story
A Partnership Years in the Making

Tatiana L. and Bret T. both attended Lewisville High School (Class of ’01), where a lifelong friendship to one another—and to their local community—was formed. Over the years, their paths continued to align through shared values: leadership, service, accountability, and a genuine desire to care for others.

Tatiana built a career grounded in business ownership, management, and operations, thriving in both corporate and small-business environments. Along the way, her passion for helping others led her into the medical field, where she became a Certified Medical Assistant and worked in private practice, developing strong patient relationships and a deep appreciation for quality, ethical care. Today, as Owner and Operating Manager, Tatiana brings together her strengths in entrepreneurship and patient advocacy—ensuring Southern Grace MedSpa operates with intention, professionalism, and heart. Tatiana is married to Keith, a Navy Veteran, and together they have 3 daughters.
Bret’s career followed a path of service and medicine, dedicating years as a Firefighter/Paramedic in the DFW area. His experience on the front lines shaped his approach to care—calm under pressure, detail-oriented, and uncompromising when it comes to safety. In 2020, Bret expanded his medical expertise by launching mobile IV therapy services, further reinforcing his commitment to accessible, high-quality care. As Operating Manager for Live Young IV Mobile Services, Bret ensures clinical standards, operational excellence, and patient safety remain at the forefront of everything they do. Bret is a devoted father to two amazing boys and their two furry companions. He cherishes spending quality time with his family and the love of his life, Margaux.
