Memberships
Monthly credits are designed to keep you consistent and committed to your skincare journey. Each credit for our Luxe Prestige must be used within three (3) months of issuance to ensure optimal results and progress. Neurotoxin credits must be used within six (6)months unless otherwise medically altered by our Nurse Injector.
(Eternal Radiance Membership Credits Do Not Expire).

All memberships require a 12-month commitment, after which they continue on a month-to-month basis with a 30-day written notice to cancel required. Credits are non-transferable and exclusive to the member and are not tied to services offered and not to a specific provider.

Neurotoxin Membership $175 per month
Monthly dues go towards your Botox, Dysport or DAXXIFY at the lowest rates.
You also receive 2 complimentary 1 hour relaxing facial every 6 months.
(facials can not be traded for additional units or product and are non-transferable between clients)​

Luxe Prestige Membership $250 per month
This membership includes one monthly spa treatment from various options below. You will also receive 1 complimentary Myers IV Therapy treatment per quarter, 10% off year round on retail product.
(IV treatments can no be traded for alternative services)​

The Legacy Membership $400 per month
Includes both Neurotoxin & Luxe Membership options & 15% off retail skin care products year round.
